GROOM / FLATRIDER

Devos Stables/ Team Pieter Devos is looking for a motivated and experienced Groom/Flatrider. We work with top quality jumpers and strive for the highest performance at international level.
Job Description:
As a Groom/Flatrider you are responsible for taking care of, training and preparing our show jumpers.  You will work closely with our grooms and riders to ensure that each horse is optimally cared for and developed.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the general care and well-being of the horses
• Mount and unmount horses
• Lunging horses, putting them in the horse walker or pasture, etc.
• Dressage work on the basics to optimally prepare the horses for competitions 

 
Profile:

• Experience in grooming and training sport horses.
• Strong dressage foundation
• Passion for equestrian sports and an eye for detail
• Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
• Responsible and reliable
